The Art of Living Club

At the Art of Living Club, the girls discover high goals, lasting friendships, and dedicated guidance. The club motivates them to use their talents in order to deal with and serve others at home, school and in the community.

Aware of the spiritual dimension of cultivating virtues, leadership skills, and strong interpersonal relationships, the club is inspired by the Christian understanding of the person and by the work with young people carried out by Saint Josemaria Escriva, Founder of Opus Dei. Opus Dei (www.opusdei.org), a personal Prelature of the Catholic Church, encourages people to practice Christian virtues in their families, their work, and their friendships.

Through the formation imparted and the interaction with others, the girls grow confident in their faith, learn about character development, have the opportunity to put virtues into action and become leaders among their peers.

Activities are open to girls of all races, social backgrounds, and creeds.
